Evening shift – 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM EST

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 4+ years in running & supporting Batch operations in a large environment supporting Production Operations.
• Good working experience in DevOps, Automation tools, ITIL processes and Agile & Scrum methodologies
• Good understanding Batch schedulers, Windows & Linux Administration
• Good Knowledge in Shell Scripting, Database and SQL Programming
• Candidate must possess excellent verbal, written communication and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with diverse personalities and technical skills at all levels
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve network, application, and systems issues expediently.
• Must be flexible to work rotating shifts and Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• Regularly communicates with lead and functional teams
• Prepare root cause analysis based on troubleshooting and Document application corrections or configuration changes
