RESPONSIBILITIES

• Skills & Job ResponsibilitiesM365 L2 support engineer: - 3 Positions. Job Description: Support on-premises Exchange to M365 migrations working with both end users and migration team. Engage users via communications, training, and support with migrations. Migration issue remediations with close collaboration with project team. Support mobile device registration with new M365 tenant. Support project activities as assigned by the project team. Skills and qualifications: Strong knowledge of Exchange and M365 (Exchange Online / Intune) – 5 + years Experience with M365 migrations and outlook setup Experience with mobile device registration and support Experience with Azure AD and SSO – desired Strong communication skills with good customer service / engagement. Experience supporting M365 apps (Outlook, Office Apps, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field is required
