RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience Level5-10 years
  Skills & Job Responsibilities• Manually test complex customer-facing self-service DTMF IVRs • Write IVR test cases from JIRA user stories and Visio Call Flows • Expertise in Cyara to create and run automated functional and regression test cases • Validate IVR transfer call types and queues • Validate CTI data • Validate application data through REST and SOAP APIs • Ability to find test case data and validate database results using SQL queries • Experience with speech and AI testing a plus • Experience in Mortgage and Banking industries a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field is required

Job Location: Detroit, MI, USA and anticipated client sites across the US. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate domestically.

Job Duration: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week.
